Bearer of 2-Michelin stars, president of the prestigious organization Maîtres Cuisiniers de France in Asia and Executive Chef of The Tasting Room in Macau.


Sidney Schutte’s Dutch heritage and passion for travel inspire him to fuse various flavorful sensations in one single dish. Ingredients themselves are a source of inspiration for him. He is the proud bearer of two Michelin Stars and is recognized as ‘SVH Meesterkok’, the highest award a chef can receive in The Netherlands.
