He studied culinary arts at L’école des Chefs. He worked as a cook at restaurant Isne, created a menú in Dolccezze and was Sous Chef at the Laguna Grill. Later, while working at restaurant Iki he was contracted as a chef on a private yacht. After, he became Executive Chef of Restaurant Sen Lin at Grand Velas Riviera Maya. Today, he is part of the team at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit.
He studied at the Hotel Presidente, meeting several chefs who would become his mentors. Sierra has developed his talent in resorts such as the Hilton, Meliá, InterContinental and Bel Air. In 2015, he began working at the Princess Mundo Imperial with Juan Licerio. Now, he transmit passion at Grand Velas Los Cabos as the Head Chef of Frida restaurant, specializing in Mexican haute cuisine.
