Chef Jean-Marie Auboine

Jean-Marie Auboine was born in Brive-la-Gaillarde, France and began his culinary career at the age of 15 at the René Casin Tulle and Quercy Périgord institutions. He was an apprentice of the famous chef Alain Ducasse and has had the privliage to hold the position of Executive Pastry Chef at hotels such as Beau Rivage in Geneva, Switzerland; Intercontinental President in Mexico; Fontainebleau Miami Beach; and Bellagio in Las Vegas.

He is the creator of the Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier concept, a venue located in Las Vegas specializing in chocolate and exclusive artisanal creations. It provides catering services to the most prominent hotels, casinos, various tourist complex and bakeries throughout the country. For his impeccable career, he is considered one of the 5 best chocolatiers in the world.
